Negotiation's whistle is hot with A1

1. Today is a day where I walk outside and sweat...a hot, muggy, dusty day. It must be much cooler on those tree lined streets I rode my bike on over memorial day weekend, than in this concrete jungle of tall buildings called downtown. I dream of trees and water...
