horses Sandwich has low morale

1. I saw two horses today on my walk from chinatown YMCA to my homebase...they looked very calm amid the hustle,bustle, and loud sirens.

2. My sandwiches now include a little horseradish sauce...yummy, just the kick I need..with cranberry mustard=scrumptious!

3. I can spew poetic words out of my mouth, nose, ears and toes, but how does that help people?

4. Let me tell you straight up...my job has built in health(with all the walking I do), my morale is low;()getting a new initiative off the ground--more than 5 feet in the air is REALLy hard.

5. Yum..orange peels and cigarettes...two opposite ends of the health spectrum!
