1. The wall street journal has a head line about ford’s “heroic estimates.” How about heroic estimates, delivered? Google returns 69 results for “heroic estimates”…interesting that it includes a report about Zimbabwe..

2. Heard at training inc “until you are gainfully employed.” That is our goal for everyone we work with. Check the results, they speak for themselves one of the topics of conversation at the church I go to (Unitarian) is how we can be more welcoming.

3. I recently watched a documentary(?) on WGBH about Pentecostals and how they make a welcoming environment, and how their numbers are going up (a lot in NY I think). Someone always greets new people and speaks to them by first name; the level of participation of people is much greater; and my sense is the way they live—other people really want to be like that…I’m not so sure about the last one though.
